“This post office is usually very busy especially at the holidays and last week we all groaned as someone was in line with 6 huge boxes but the clerks were pleasant by the time it was my turn. I appreciate this local business. I've often run in for a card to send off out of state last minute. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.”
“We recently moved from Canaan, out of state. We had a temporary forwarding address in place for a month, then cancelled that and added in our permanent address. As much as the Canaan post office's hands were tied until our changes went through the official USPS system, every time I called, Brandy knew who I was, checked our old address, and confirmed that things were either in place or in process. Most importantly, they knew where our mail was at present! They were aware of our change and knew who we were. That is huge. Where we moved, its a huge P.O. and we are only a number here to get thru their day.”
