The woman at your Enfield location, I think her name is Donna, was extremely helpful with supplies and such and the woman who called to set up my c-pap machine was very thorough and professional, and I told her over the phone how good she was. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

In the past we have had trouble getting tanks, and other commication issues. However, the new team is awesome! We had a questionable converter and Alex came out on News Eve.afternoon. He was professional, kind, and reassuring. He didn't leave until we were confident.
