My business is located in boston and one of our trucks was heading to do a job in NH and unfortunately our truck broke almost at the Jobsite. We called and the owner promptly answer my call and gave me the average price for the towing… 45min later my crew were at the Jobsite and ready to work while I sent my mechanic to have my truck fixed at the Jobsite. Very professional, nice, and attentive! My car's transmission died at my parents house and I had to borrow a car to get back home (over an hour away) and these guys were able to communicate with my parents about my car and the mechanic! After my alternator expired I was sitting beside the road in a snow storm with no heat. The roads were bad and Critter's Towing was the only company that would respond.
