Post office flying flag at night with no light Per us flag code American flags when flown on public property shal be lit up at night or taken in. as of today 3/23/23 6:00 am flag is dark. Out and not lit up let’s see when this gets taken care if I’ll be making my call today . Please remember a lot of man and woman fought and died for our freedoms and our flag please please let’s see it respected! Amen Flag was respected and taken care of. brand new L.E.D light now eliminates our great star spangled banner! Thank you to the fine ladies at out east hampstead post office! :)

As far as dropping off packages and buying stamps this Post Office is great. The customer service staff are all nice and helpful. It looks like there have been issues with getting a Passport, I have not done this yet. Will update my review once that happens.

The woman name Teresa who was helping my ex husband and I on the passport process for our young daughters, started saying I could not have my address on my daughters document, only he could. She was wrong and she also has no idea what I am facing to keep my freedom from an abusive marriage. For those helping the public, please refrain from giving personal opinion. Although you might have good intentions, you really don’t know how your personal opinion might affect the other person.

My priority mail package that was supposed to take 2 days to ship to destination didn't leave this office for a full WEEK after dropping it off. Stopped here due to convenience and will never go back. (PACKAGE NOW STUCK IN NASHUA FOR 2 DAYS!?!) :(

Worst customer service. I came with 98% pre paid postage packages and 2 that needed to be entered in and I was turned away before 4:30.I've shipped plenty of times to know how long it will take for two small packages to be entered into the system and the door was locked on me and I was denied service.Last time I checked, you allow customers to enter your establishment until the time you're closed. If they're inside prior to the doors being closed, they shouldn't be denied service.

Mistreated and talked down to by female employee. She was quickly frustrated when I asked a few simple questions. This isn’t the first time she’s treated me this way and after reading others reviews , it’s obvious She shouldn’t be working at any front desk

Great and friendly staff here. If you come in unsure of the best way to get what you need done they will listen attentively and provide the best options. If you need something in a certain timeframe or if you are just looking for lowest cost they'll help either way.

Went in today with my husband for a passport photo and to mail the application and buy stamps for my business. The female employee could not have been more rude and impatient! Perhaps she should not be working with the public.
