“Restaurant Week first time exploring. Really enjoyed the colonial historic structure and setting. Absolutely fabulous carrot cake with honeyed pecans. Oh my! We'll be back to further explore the menu. So glad it's open!”

“To be honest, I was just admiring the architecture of this old mill building and saw this as I was driving around. 5 stars is for the aesthetics of the building.”

“What a nice vineyard. This location touts the honor of being the largest in NH (80 acres), complete with a sprawling tour of the vines, farm, and crops. The option for a 5x flight tasting of anything on their menu (wine or spirits) was nice. They also have some limited food options (we recommend the hummus with pita and picked vegetables). All that being said, this location didnt have everything needed to make it a 5-star. The staff were polite, but they just bring you the flights and food and the leave you; there is no personnel touch with talking about the property or their production. The menu is pretty much stand alone and you can read it yourself to get information about the drinks, the history, and their story. The atmosphere in the tasting room/dining room (on a sunday afternoon) just seemed quiet (only 3 other tables were occupied) and sterile; it lacked that little bit of character.”

“We recently held my stepdaughter's Sweet 16 Birthday party in the smaller "Falls Room," on the lower floor. The two women I worked with Sara and Samantha were wonderful, especially since I had planned this somewhat last minute (only 3-4 weeks ahead of time). We had around 40 guests and it was a perfect amount to have tables for sitting and eating, a row of tables for food, a small "bar" with bartender for the adult guests and a nice little area to use as a dance floor. Samantha was great in recommending to me how to arrange the tables to maximize the space and it couldn't have gone any better. We knew ahead of time that we would not be able to affix any decor to the walls, so we used mostly balloons which worked just fine! We were able to coordinate being let in at 9am to set up for our 4pm party. I highly recommend this hall, we would have loved to use the upstairs since it looked so pretty with the nice curtains and tall ceilings, but our party of 40 would be fairly small up there and the price for the downstairs was so affordable! The bathrooms were very clean and convenient. Even though there is no large parking lot for this hall (guests find parking along the street or in public lots), there are just a few spots on the side of the building which were great for the few guests we had which benefited from the short walk. The pictures may not do my review justice, but once the room was filled with people, gifts and food, it looked even better and was PERFECT! We were able to use the kitchen and fridge also for our prep area though we did not cook any food there. If I had to host another event like this I would not hesitate to use the Hall at Great Falls again !!”

“Food is very good here. Selection of entrees seems to be more extensive. Service and atmosphere are great. They are more expensive than other Mexican restaurants in the area.”

“Friendly staff, excellent views, and a great new menu from chef Chad! The new BBQ menu is great, and it's so enticing to be greeted by the smoker on your way into the restaurant. The pulled pork and the ribs are great, but there are lots of other options. Hard to choose a side... The baked beans are definitely homemade and very good. The corn muffins are special because they cut them in half and grill them and serve them with maple butter. FYI, I liked the pasta salad, but it's not your typical pasta salad. It's a little spicy, so if you don't like that, the classic potato salad might be a better choice. If BBQ isn't your thing, they have a bunch of other fresh & delicious options, with the vegetarian and gluten free options clearly marked. My new favorite is the Kale salad with focaccia bread crumbs. You can add so many different proteins to it to make a full and satisfying meal - the grilled lemon thyme chicken or the grilled salmon are my favorites - both perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy! They have new specials each weekend. I'll definitely be coming back again and again to try more things, and to enjoy the relaxing setting.”

“The Dover bowl is the hot place to be. Lots of fun more fun and food and polite staff. The games are the best, the new set up of the machines is great , no longer have to ask people to move over in the new gaming area. The atmosphere seems gayful and fun and I like it like that. More people power to the atmosphere. I love it here. 5 stars for sure.”
