This is a decent small, affordable studio arrangement, each with its own bathroom, A/C, and desk-kitchenette counter (around a common kitchen on each floor), convenient on the edge of the UNH campus, with good security, a common room, and easy access in and out. Video tour available but take a look at the rooms to be sure one suits. The lease, deposit, rent payments, rules, and move in-move out protocol are all straightforward. The onsite professional manager runs a tight ship. Friendly communication and responsiveness.

I loved living at University Downtown! The location of these apartments was what drew me to them. I felt safe being so close to downtown. The cameras in the halls and outside made me feel especially safe. One time my car got hit outside and Liz was able to send me a video so I could find out who did it! During the times I was unable to make payments on time Liz was accommodating and understanding which I found helpful. The move in process was a breeze! I would recommend living here :)

My son lived in the Jenkins Court building for his senior year at UNH and had a great experience! The apartment and building were in great condition and it was nice for him and his five room mates to have individual bedrooms. They really enjoyed being right on the main street in Durham near all the activity and very close and convenient to campus. Liz - the general manager for University Downtown - did a fantastic job making sure that parents received the same information the students did so we were well informed about expectations and important dates. Rent was easily managed via scheduled online payments. If you are considering one of the University Downtown properties I'd highly recommend it!!

Liz was the best landlord I’ve ever had. She was fun and relatable, she was lenient, helped with everything we needed help with, the free snacks and soda was amazing for long school days. Everything about this year was awesome because we had a great landlord. The apartment was really nice aswell, everything worked properly, rooms were nice and big, great location. 10/10 would rent here again!!!

Living at University Downtown my Junior year at UNH was one of my best decisions thus far. Liz and her team were by the far the nicest individuals who did everything they could to help there residents out. If any problems ever arose it was a breeze to get them fixed which I found very helpful. The amenities like the gym and roof top as well the snack club were all great add ons to the already incredible service. Liz always made sure to make students feel welcomed and was always going out of her way providing events such as the hot cocoa bar and free pizza events. The prices were fair and are arguably the best you can find in that location. My roommates and I all had the best experience living at UD and would recommend anyone interested to reach out!

Liz Shepard who is the general manager with University Downtown has been absolutely amazing to work with over the past year. She has been very helpful with any questions or issues we have had and has always put our minds at ease.

We had actors from our summer musical stay here for the summer and LOVED it! Great community and so many amenities to the apt and building, so worth it. Great location and staff, always prompt and quick to respond to questions or issues. What a great place to live!

The best place to live downtown in Durham!! I lived in uni downtown my junior year, Liz made everything super accessible for her residents to move in and out! She is always downstairs in the office to help and is a friendly face! I loved living there, you really get a lot of amenities and a nice place that feels like a home away from home. I would have lived there again in a heartbeat! Thank you liz and Uni Downtown!!

My 3 roommates and I have lived here for the past 2 years and have had a wonderful experience! Liz has been awesome and flexible along with Dan who has always come the same day whenever we had a problem like our hair clogging the shower drain. They have been so sweet to us and we are so sad to be moving out but highly recommend living here! Everything is updated and we only have positive things to say :) I think we will miss the rooftop deck the most, during the warm days tanning and being able to do our homework up there along with the free snacks and drinks! Thanks Liz and Dan for making our sophomore and junior year housing so awesome!!!
