Liz Shepard who is the general manager with University Downtown has been absolutely amazing to work with over the past year. She has been very helpful with any questions or issues we have had and has always put our minds at ease.

Apartment was great. Good experience and lessons learned about living with others. Liz was great to deal with. Close to shopping and things at UNH.

We offer luxury accommodations from Studios up to 6BR units, free daily snacks, coffee and beverages in our Student Lounge, an expansive Rooftop Deck, a brand new fitness center and a cozy Study Lounge. Maintenance is responsive and efficient and the staff is friendly and engaged. We really care!
