Charged me over $200 late fee… $200?! I called, the website said they’d be open and they’re not. The service sucks. It’s definitely not worth it, just rent your books on Amazon, it’s much cheaper.

Wonderful and helpful staff. However, they seemed to have a relatively low stock on pennants, and apparel at normal pricing was quite expensive.
