“I recently used Rust Auto Shipper company to transport my son's truck from California to Arizona, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Zoltan, the owner and driver, is simply awesome. His customer service, communication, dependability, and transparency are top-notch. The truck was delivered safely, on time, and without any issues.
One of the best things about this company is that there are no upfront fees or deposits. You only pay when the car is delivered, and insurance is already included. We shopped around before deciding on this company, and I'm so glad we did. Other companies may seem cheaper at first, but once you factor in all the hidden fees, the price is about the same. Plus, with other companies, you often don't know who you're dealing with, as your car gets assigned to multiple companies who basically bid for the job.
We initially dealt with another company that required a deposit, which we were okay with. But then, few days later, we were asked to pay the full amount before they would even schedule the transport. That made us uncomfortable, so we canceled the transaction. Thankfully, we did, as we later discovered that the company had a lot of complaints with the BBB.
