“Made themselves available to check the tire pressure on my class c rv the same day I called in. They informed me that the parts (valve extenders/soft stem pressure gauge) I was instructed to purchase from camping world were not at all what I needed and gave me an easier/faster/less expensive solution. The gentleman helping me took the time to show me how to get to the valve stem on the interior dually tire (again debunking the info I got from camping world). Felt like they really cared and were genuinely helpful. In and out in 20 minutes.”

“Had a great experience at this location. I bought new tires for my car since I do a lot of driving. James was very patient with helping me pick the right tire for my driving style. When I went in, I asked them if they did oil changes and if there was time, if they could do it for me. James said they will do their best to do the oil change. This was a very busy day and said I’d come back for the oil change. James and Dylan did the change anyways and it was so appreciated.From ordering and picking my new tires with the James to installation of my new tires with Dylan. These two gentleman went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be coming back with my family’s cars in the future.”

“Came in last night needing 4 new tires for my Subaru after a flat, the manager Jo was unbelievable, the customer service she provided was outstanding. She made me feel safe having to drive on my spare for an extra day, made sure all tires were filled and safe to go while being personable. That was my biggest concern. She eased my worries and that’s all anyone asks for when dealing with the headache of cars. the tires were ready this morning, I was able to go in and be served within the hour that I got there. The technician was fast, efficient and helpful Emily helped check me out and she was incredible throughout that process. 10/10 service. Treated me like a real person and not a sale. Overall, I would highly recommend them, to anyone and everyone.”

“Eric, Jamie and the entire Portsmouth Stratham tire team are great putting customers first and going out of their way to help when possible. I’ve been going to them for years but recently had two major things happen and they got me back on the road fast. The first one was a tire blow out on the highway, I got it over the shop same day and done in a couple hours back to work. The second was another mechanics shop did very unsafe work leaving my wheel hubs with loose or missing bolts. Eric worked with his guys to get it safe, back on the road and worked with the other vendor to help advocate for me on reimbursement and help with the vendor giving issues. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. They go above and beyond expectations.”

I was in need of a passenger side tie rod, and, facing a long road trip the next day, called the shop. “Josh at Sullivan Tire in Dover is the reason myself and my family still use Sullivan Tire. Before Josh was the manager, we had a few issues with some of our interactions with when we brought our vehicles in for different services. We stopped going until I heard there was a new manager. I went right to Josh and told him what we had experienced and that I would like to give him one more shot at our business because he seemed like an honest guy and he just told me like it is. That was almost 8 years ago. It was the right decision. Josh and his crew always make sure the work is done correctly, in a timely manner and they have never once tried to over sell me on something I don’t need.
