Have called multiple times in regards to cleaning out my vehicle despite them saying I haven’t. Answered 5 minutes to close to saying there closed. I would spam call back to back until someone answers to get in touch with them since calling 5 times throughout the day clearly wasn’t enough.

The guy who towed my car was extremely rude and disrespectful of myself and my friend when we asked a simple question of why it cost $185 to tow our car. This is clearly a business that only makes money off of overpriced towing. Horrible customer service skills and an overall scam.Service: Car towing

These people are very trigger happy. I had a parking sticker but still got my car towed. The employees didn't even have the guts to apologize or even compensate me. Screw this city.
