This is my second review and nothing has improved. I told my provider to send my prescription to my mail order but it went to this Rite Aid. After not receiving it from my mail order, I realized it went to Rite Aid. It's probably been restocked. I have called twice in the past week as I am now almost out of my med and mail order will take too long. When you call Rite Aid you have to listen to the whole message about your flu shot and their lunch break etc etc. Finally you get to the press 1, press 3, press 6 but no matter what you press, you get no one. NO ONE PICKS UP! I would be happy to leave a voicemail but that is not an option. Whatever you do, don't press 2. It will ring, no one will pick up, and you will be disconnected so you can listen to that flu and covid speech all over again! joy! I totally get the lack of staff for healthcare nowdays but if you can't run a business for lack of staff, shut it down. The staff are really nice and the store is clean. What more can I say?

They should just close the store. My prescription was called in on a Tuesday. I never got a call for pickup but went on Thursday to pick it up. They only gave me one of two meds. I went back on Monday and the pharmacy was closed due to "no staff available". I got a call a few days later on Thursday to pick up my med. What? That was 9 days from when it was called in! I got my prescription filled elsewhere. I called the store as a courtesy to tell them to reshelf it and stop calling me with reminders to pick it up. No matter what prompt I chose, I got "mailbox is full". At one point those prompts sent me to the front of the store where a "nice" employee snidely told me I had the wrong department then relayed my call to the pharmacy so I could hear "mailbox is full" and it hung up on me. DONE.

Great store; great pharmacy! All sorts of stuff is available in the store - food, ice cream, beer, jewelry, beach stuff, beauty products....surprising selection!

This review is for the lead pharmacist, Theresa. She supported my family when there were overlapping prescriptions from two different providers. She is always polite, kind, and friendly. This Rite Aid pharmacy seems to be always busy and she always takes time to answer questions and provide assistance. Thank you for being a Pharmacist Hero, Theresa!

I've been filling a prescription at this Rite Aid location for at least 2 years now and I don't think they've gotten to right once. I'm on automatic refill and am signed up to receive text updates. I've frequently been told that hey don't have my medication in stock despite being on automatic refill (shouldn't they know they need my meds by the time I always pick them up?) I've been sent to other rite aid locations by the Durham branch numerous times because they're so consistently disorganized. If your way of life relies on your medication, I'd go to another location that may be more efficient, organized and caring.

The pharmacy is the best. Best staff, caring and knowledgeable. The store itself was remodeled a year ago or so. The cashiers are great. The store itself however does not have the variety of items they once did. They offered more hardware, and specific needs items then. Finally they changed their customer point status. I have been Gold for years. Well they have a new system and now I have no points. I hate to see Rite Aid be the same at every location, carry less merchandise and become just another drug store.

Today I went into my local Rite Aid pharmacy to get what was advertised as a free flu shot, it wasn't until the pharmacist had my sleeve up and about to administer the shot that I was told it was going to cost me 49 dollars to get my free flu shot as oi didn't have any insurance, I feel as though I have been discriminated against for not having insurance not to mention the fact that the advertisement was false and even the Pharmacist agreed that this was misleading and that she had had several complaints regarding this claim. I have been a customer here in New Market N/H for as long as you have been hear and never had a complaint until now. I would like my money refunded and to see this Free ad disappear. Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Best regards Arthur Goodwin 88 new Road Newmarket N/H 03857. 603-609-8220
