I thought I was out of luck when my dog didn't react well to an expensive bag of food. They gladly took it back and helped me pick out something else guided by helpful nutritional insight and friendly service. I am glad I didn't buy my dog food online like I seem to do everything else!!

The cashier with the eyebrow piercings was very helpful and knowledgeable. By far some of the best customer service i have ever received. She needs a raise effective immediately!!!

I take my dog there to use the indoor pool. My lab loves it. I wish they had one in Derry as well.
