I needed a cost effective repair on the rusted exhaust system of a 2007 Honda CRV to pass inspection. Mike and his team took great care to see that my needs were met and that I was satisfied. Very professional staff. I would highly recommend!

They quoted me $1100. For a cat back exhaust not including my OEM CAT and my rusty tailpipe. I asked after how much extra for the tailpipe and was quoted $300.
I saved up the money and returned 6 weeks later. They said “Oh we need to re quote”. So now it was $1400. Because they said another piped cracked. They already had the car I said ok please fix it. They got it done that day and when I arrived to pick up they then told me that a debit/credit card has a 3% additional charge. Cool so an additional $42. Would’ve been nice to know that when I dropped off the vehicle. 2 weeks later I had a loud noise from
My exhaust. I naturally brought it back to them and they said it was my exhaust manifold pipes. And they don’t touch manifolds. Awesome! Now I have to go to another exhaust shop. ??♂️ only good thing is quality materials with a 5 year warranty.

They fit me in while I was traveling with my family out of state. They knew I was in a bind and got me in the same day. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to go back. In fact, I would drive 100 miles out of my way to use them again.

Brought my car to a competitor who quoted me an outrageous price for what I learned was a quick and easy fix once I brought it to Lou’s for a second opinion. Mike, Bryce and Chase did great quick work and will absolutely be coming back for all my car needs!

If your car needs exhaust work, this is the place to go!! My car (2010 Kia Soul) inspection is due in August and I knew I was going to need some work. I was referred by my regular garage that I needed some repairs on my exhaust to pass, it was leaking and a bit rusty. Lou's is on my way home so I stopped in to make an appointment to get an estimate. When I walked in, the gentleman at the desk was eating his lunch greeted me, I explained my issue, and he very nicely said he could take a look at it right then! Within less than a half hour I was in and out of there with my exhaust fixed at a price that was much less than my garage could do. GREAT customer service that I cannot even express to these guys!! Thank you, Lou's! You made my day!! Very satisfied customer and I will return if needed and definitely refer anyone who may need exhaust work on their vehicle!! Thank you, again!! Took my car to lous custom exhaust after another shop told me I needed new catalytic converters within 10 minutes it was on the lift and we came up with a plan to fix everything at a reasonable price had my exhaust fixed with 2 hours these guys deserve more than 5 stars
