My mom and I always have great luck with Alex D as our salesperson. He looks to find us a good deal and explains things to us. He even goes above and beyond to help my tech challenged mother with apps and such.

I recently had a mixed experience with Verizon. Initially, I was placed on a plan (15pro) by Jesse, who wasn’t transparent about the cost involved, which led to unnecessary complications with my bill and services. To resolve this, I went to the store and met Jesse again — again he talked in circles and my bill was still inordinate to what was promised.
However, my experience improved significantly when I spoke with a real Verizon representative. The Verizon rep was incredibly helpful and transparent. Verizon’s rep walked me through my report history, identifying where things went wrong.
The representative suggested I cancel the premium protection plan, which was unnecessary for my situation, and explained why such a plan is not necessary. His honesty and willingness to work with me to fix the issues was refreshing and greatly appreciated. Thanks to Verizon’s assistance, my bill is now sorted and I'm on a plan that truly fits my needs.
I have been a Verizon customer for 19
year now, and this kind of service to a loyal customer, let alone any customer is inexcusable.
I will not be changing cellular service, however I will never return to this store location again.

Trevor was very helpful , patient and respectful. Great personality! . He was a pleasure to work with, we never felt rushed and he answered all our questions, helped us set up our new phones and transferred everything to the new phone for us. We bought 2 IPhone 15 pros. New technology is not very easy for older customers like us but he was very thorough. Thank you so much Trevor!

I would be careful with this one not going into details but they lost me as a long time customer.
Also worth noting are not a Verizon company store they are a third party retail store.
