I had to get a package of mine off the ups truck because the delivery location was closed for the week. I went to the Dover, NH location, and I spoke with Kim at the customer service desk. She was absolutely wonderful and friendly. She was able to secure my package so I could pick it up the next day. Thank you Kim!!

Terrible response from a representative. Missing package,unable to track.Will use USPS in the future

Friendly and quick staff, I use them a lot. Only complaint is they are open 3 hours a day mon-fri.
