I needed to order some relatively last minute arrangements for a funeral service on Mothers Day weekend. On top of dealing with the volume of flower orders for this weekend, she was able to spend the time with us for an in person consult. She assured us she would take care of everything to make sure the flowers were perfect and would arrive at the service on time. Everything came out beautiful. Cannot recommend this business enough.

I bought my girlfriend some flowers here as she has a cat and I knew that a good number of plants are toxic to them. I’m not super confident in my flower identification so I figured I’d go to the experts. I went here and the lady working the counter was both incredibly knowledgeable and polite. I bought the flowers the day before the prices had increased to Valentine’s Day prices even though I want to pay her the extra amount for helping me out she insisted. Will definitely be coming back here and recommend you do the same.

I ordered an arrangement for a Celebration of Life service. When I called to confirm timing of delivery, it turns out the normal delivery window was actually after the service was scheduled to start. Rebecca went above and beyond and offered to deliver them before the store opened to ensure they'd be there in time. The flowers were stunning and Nana’s favorite daisies were included exactly as I had requested :)

We used The Flower Room for our wedding and Rebecca absolutely nailed it. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. She was so easy to work with and happy to make changes when I decided I didn’t want specific flowers anymore. After the wedding I returned some of the vases back to the shop which they then provide a credit to the local nursing home so they can get flowers! Overall amazing experience and highly recommend Rebecca and The Flower Room!

Rebecca at The Flower Room has been my go to for flowers over the past almost 10 years. She never disappoints. Her creations are always wonderful with the most beautiful flowers and amazing service. Our family recently needed funeral arrangements and she was so kind and caring. I wouldn't trust anyone else with such an occasion and I am so thankful to have her in our community.

I was able to call and order a plant to be delivered to my family in a time of grieving. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very helpful in recommending what plant to get.
