Came in at opening to discuss CDs. They were doing an audit and said it would be about 30 minutes. I made an appointment for the next day w/ Cameron. The lady in front of me needed assistance so they basically gave her my appointment and told me it would be about 10 minutes. I was still there 20 minutes later. They offered to make me another appointment for later in the day. Why would I trust that they would honor that one? I guess they don't want the money I planned to deposit. Reviews are right, this branch sucks.

I don't have problems with TD Bank as a whole but have had issues with this branch. They've lied to me about little stuff more than once. My debit card was hacked and before the girl would help me she wanted to upsell me on a credit card. Nobody wants to do business with liars.

Staff is pleasant and nice but unable to help with anything as they don’t actually have power to do anything locally and/or lack the training to be able to resolve any issues. Had multiple issues and was always just told to call the main TD phone line. Why even have a local branch?

Do not bank at this bank, TD is fine, but this branch is horrible - they are understaffed and not adequately trained, so if you have all but the most simple transaction (i.e. need their Cash machine or a teller), you can expect to wait exorbitant amounts of time or you can try the appointment route, which they don't honor once made. Customer service is appalling. I was there today for an appointment, and while I was waiting observed two employees walk into the back (one had identified himself as an asst. manager) not to be seen again. The person I was to have the appointment with - I am assuming the ONLY person who can handle a wire transfer - did not honor the appointment and told me it would be 20 minutes. And there are several people chatting on personal calls at desks, at the walk up teller with no customers . . And no one reappears to help with the growing line of people. Just FYI TD, other people have jobs that they are taking time away from to conduct business, access their money, etc. We actually need to HONOR our APPOINTMENTS with clients and colleagues, so we can't work around your screw ups. Not only was I not able to conduct urgent business, I wasted a half hour driving to/from the bank for my "appointment". I highly suggest you fully train your existing team so everyone can do a wire (and so you have suitable back-up for every task) and people aren't left waiting while half the place does nothing.

This is a perfect bank if you're cool with going in person, but lacking in digital convenience and service unfortunately, I have to close my account because I'm consistently having trouble with banking with them digitally.

The worst customer service. Went to have them close the account and they couldn't even do that correctly. They said the paperwork and account was all set and of course they didn't take care of it. Go to any other bank!

I went to the bank a week ago because there was a scam/fraud to my account. I call them every day to get answers on what to do. Every time they say they'll call me back and never do. Worst service I've ever dealt with

Have been very disappointed in the service at this bank recently. They are unable to handle simple transfers over the phone and claim calling the "800 number" will handle the problem. It did not. Spent over two hours on hold in total with "America's Most Convenient Bank". Their online "send money" feature is terrible. Very frustrating.
