I have lived here in the residential tenant for about a year now, and will be signing for another year. This property is AWESOME!! The apartments have so much character, are new and modern looking. There is a fun little peninsula where we let the pups play, and I have made great friends here. I had some issues with noise when I first moved in due to construction, but management was prompt to rectify the situation and always have been with any issue that I have had.The location is great, right downtown with walking to everything. You have to deal with the occasional riff-raff around the skate park, but hey, such is life. Cant say enough good about this place!!
