Requested style: I am very unhappy. I told her to fix the layers and showed pics. She took about 3-4 inches off. She said in her opinion curly hair looks better short. Basically because she screwed up. I paid but shouldn't have because she did a terrible job.

Scheduled my checkin thru the app and when I arrived my wait was minimal. My hair needs are very few and was able to express what I was looking for to the stylist. She cut my hair to what I was looking for. I will definitely return when the little bit of hair I still hair grows unruly again.

I had a great cut today! Nicole wasn’t afraid to cut when I said cut and it was everything I wanted. If, once I get to do my hair a few days and if this style is in fact what I want it to look like and it works for me, I will certainly be going back!! Honestly I’d probably go back even if it didn’t pan out as the “look” I wanted. I’ll try something else ??♀️
