“I would have given 5 stars because of the woman who efficiently processed my package in a quick manner. My experience would have been better if I didn't have to listen to the ridiculous comments by the male window employee who seems to think we all want to hear his political opinions on who we should vote for every time I go in there. His personal politics should not be anything the public needs to listen to or forced to comment on when he tries to include you in his ramblings. He needs to remember to act professionally in his work place and I don't dont care who you vote for.”

“I had to get a package of mine off the ups truck because the delivery location was closed for the week. I went to the Dover, NH location, and I spoke with Kim at the customer service desk. She was absolutely wonderful and friendly. She was able to secure my package so I could pick it up the next day. Thank you Kim!!”
