I used to like coming here being a shell costumer for years but they recently hired a Woman who has a bad attitude. The first time I came to get gas she came running outside and accused me of keeping my car running (twice) when I reassured her my car was off and it was. I later went inside and told her this and she basically called me a liar. The second time I went I was pumping and went into my car to gather up some trash and she turned my pump off...with using the speaker or anything I walked inside and she told me I had to stand by the pump or she was shutting it off. I've been a customer for over 20 years and I've never been treated with such disrespect....I will take my shell business elsewhere as long as she's working there.

Lies. Went at 11:10 lights were off doors were locked. Updated store hours 7 days ago? Very inconvenient "convenience store"

Tried to call for over a half hour nobody picked up. My car broke down ran out of gas wanted to see if they had gas cans in stock before I walked all the way there never got a hold of anybody after calling consistently for a long time. If you ever need to reach somebody at that gas station don't count on it cuz they never pick up very frustrated very poor customer service.

after Several attempts to use my card at the pump without no results. I finally went into to the store after waiting in line for 15 min I was completely ignore by the counter & I was finally acknowledged by gentleman that called me boy & asked what I wanted I told what the issues was at he told me that. That people of my complexion weren’t not allowed to pay at the pump because of issue they had in the past.I was insulted furious about the situation & I walked out. Please if you read this message boycott this gas station

12 DOLLARS A POUND FOR BACON !! I'LL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN !! AND THEY NEVER EVER HAVE 1% MILK !! ALSO, OUT OF PINOT! THAT REALLY SET ME OFF, TOO !!

The food Mart sells products that are clearly advertised for one price but they jack up the price and say the registers tells them something different. I went in and showed them the unexpired picture and associated sale price that was right at the product on the front counter. The very rude sales boy behind the counter told me in his exact words "we're going to screw you and there's nothing I can do about" and insisted I pay almost double the original regular price because that's what they registered told him.. I asked for a supervisor and he said " supervisors don't work at those stores anymore". Needless to say I took my money to their competitor up the street who gladly gave me a better than sale price for my troubles and welcomed me back. I spend about $140 a week in these stores and ill never give a dime to that Shell Mart on 45 Central Ave in Dover. I think it was a junky Depot anyway where everyone goes to shoot up.

I don't know nothing about their service but that's the only one gas station that was open on holidays across the whole town . I was needed the gas so badly and I was about to drive back from my cousin but can't find a nearly gas station that was open and this gas station was open and I was able to fill up the tank and go back home.
