Katherine is amazing. I have very thick, wavy hair which is frizzy year round. She has recommended products and services tailored specifically to my hair type. Recently she did a KiKi smoothing treatment and the results are incredible. I have never had frizz free, manageable hair like this. It is a dream to dry and comes out so soft. I really like that it didn’t make my hair stick straight but instead made the waves smooth. It doesn’t feel weighed down like other treatments do. Great little shop, A Hidden Gem! Katherine knows color! She is an expert when it comes to the steps needed to get you back to healthy hair. I travel an hour and a half because there is no one else that compares. She is honest to tell you what is achievable and is as excited about the results as you are. It was the best experience I ever had with a hair dresser only because. Katherine was very outgoing and was very knowledgeable about her trade. I owned a salon in Dover a few years ago and sold after 16 years in the business, burnt out to say the least. I randomly met Kathleen today at Rite aid of all places, and as I squatted down with my 24 pounds of distilled water (I can only lift 10 due to recent back surgery) she ask if I was working on my squats, lol. I explained my very recent surgery and come to find out she had had the same one. She waited for me to check out and carried 16,lbs of my water, for me to my car, where I found out we both had 3 children and both were in the industry, for MANY MOONS. Came home and my husband did not believe the coincidences, now that I don't do hair, and doing my own myself. Ugh. I will most definitely ask that she take me on?? Thank you again for your most amazing act of goodness and kindness. Amy( weak chick from rite aid)?

It was such a pleasure to meet Katherine today. She made me feel welcome and safe in her salon. While Katherine corrected the color of my over processed blonde hair, she delighted me with her knowledge of hair care, her singing along with the radio, and friendly conversation. I left with the most beautifully soft blonde hair, feeling like a whole new person. Today was a really good day!

I currently live in Rochester, Minnesota and heard about Katherine from my mother who is still living in NH. She raved about going to get her hair done and how she will never trust anyone else with her hair again after meeting Katherine. So, of course, after hearing such great feedback I had to stop in on my visit back to NH to see what all the hype was about.It was perfect. I had high expectations going in and was beyond satisfyed with the results. I got a balayage for the first time and was a little nervous going into it because I was unsure of how it would come out. The results are beautiful! In the past when I've gotten my hair professionally colored it would feel dried out and fragile and for this reason I've avoided color treatments all together. But I am absolutely going to return to Katherine on my future trips back home.Additionally, I tend to ask a lot of questions because, to be honest, I just don't know much about hair care and what I should be doing/changing to keep it healthy. Katherine was incredibly insightful and patient with all of my questions. She gave me recommendations on what would be best for my hair type and color, provided me with some samples of things I could try, and even followed up with me days after my appointment to check in and answer additional questions I had.I would recommed Katherine to anyone! She is truly a talented stylist but she is also a genuinely kind person.

Katherine at Salon De Diosa NEVER disappoints. I have been going to Katherine since 2015, and have always been so happy with my hair and services. Her humor, kindness, ideas, and talent are top notch! She is always using new techniques when highlighting, cutting, and styling, and is constantly attending trainings and work sessions to learn and grow as a stylist. Her salon is always sparkling clean but even more so right now during COVID. Katherine has made sure to take every precaution necessary to ensure the health and safety of her clients and herself. I am so happy that there is someone on the seacoast and in Dover that is as dedicated to their job and profession, as Katherine is. If you are in need of a hair change and/or a new stylist, don't walk - RUN to Salon De Diosa. I promise, you won't be disappointed!

I am so glad I traveled the hour and a half! For the past 12 years I have been looking for a hairdresser local to my area that could deliver what I asked for, but never seemed to find the right fit. After seeing the results today, there is no question this is the place for me! Katherine’s skills are impeccable. Her knowledge base and experience is above and beyond. From assessing the damage, figuring out a plan, being honest in regards to my goal, and what tools and supplies I needed to meet that goal. Truly amazing work, I felt the love she put into every step. I was so excited when I finally put my glasses on for the big reveal. I fell in love with my reflection all over again. It’s a drive worth taking if you want to leave feeling like a million bucks! ?

Catherine did excellent job on my hair. I really loved the work she did. She took out the brassy and orange and red tones out of my hair. She dyed my hair gold blonde. I am in love with my hair so much!! I would def go with her. ?? And i def go back with her again

Catherine is an excellent hairdresser. Her work is truly exceptional. Catherine is a master of both cut & color. She stays current & trained on the latest cutting & styling techniques and equipment. She is a gifted colorist & can transfer what she sees in her mind to her hair treatments. Most importantly she’s honest, if she cannot give you the look you are looking for she will say so & she will also tell you if you shouldn’t do that to your hair in the first place even if she could. I have been a client of Catherine’s for 6 years and I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. My last treatment was a balayage with teasy lights loved it.
