I came here the night of 2/25/24 around 6:30 pm. While I was browsing, I was at the corner end of the isle looking at dryer sheets when an employee of rite aid(this was an older mature woman with longer but very thin and stringy hair) with a long wide broom came right up and stood right next to me, trying to sweep exactly where I was standing, yet she did not ask me to move. SheJust stood there staring at me with the broom 3 inches from my boots. I finally looked up and took a step back, which then she said “Thank you” in a sarcastic tone. Now I wasn’t taking up much room in the isle and she could have easily swept around me or politely asked me to move. Instead she put her broom right next to my feet and stood there staring at me until I had to move. I don’t understand why she had to sweep in the very exact spot I was standing. I was standing just at the end of the isle first, the isle was empty and she comes out of no where with the broom right to where I’m standing. It was just odd and aggressive. I then moved to the shampoo isle and guess who comes along with the broom, I made sure to immediately step out of her way this time where she proceeded to sweep by me 4 times. I started to wonder if they were closing and she was trying to give me a hint to leave. If you review the cameras you’ll be able to see how I was just minding my own business and the worker continued to follow me with the broom for the first 15 minutes of my shopping experience. I will not be coming back to this location. This was very unusual and erratic behavior, I have never had an employee try to intimidate me with a broom before. I love Rite Aid in general, however the Dover Central Ave Rite Aid is by far the best customer service and friendliest staff.

What in the world is up with this pharmacy? Prescriptions consistently delayed. The phone line tells you to pick up at 1:15, but isn't actually processed until the next day. Just be honest and don't make pickup times unrealistic. Maybe rite aid could pay their overworked techs more so they can attract a few more? Just business common sense. Do better.

I have not had a positive experience at this Rite Aid pharmacy in over a year. I wouldn’t even give the customer service one-star if possible. How hard is it to be friendly when dealing with people that are most likely not even feeling well when they pick up their prescriptions. I would hate to be an elderly or confused client that needed actual answers when picking up here. I think it’s time to move pharmacies.

This has to be the worst place to have a prescription filled. Pharmacy staff are consistently miserable and unpleasant. The prescription was to be ready at 12:30. I arrived at 12:30 to be told very sternly that it'll be 45 minutes. My doctor phoned my latest prescription here by accident and I'll ensure that that won't happen again.

Let's see. My dad had a flu shot appointment at 9:20, it is 10:08 and we are still sitting here. Apparently the check in girl forgot to tell someone we are here. Last time we had a flu shot appointment they said that they ran out of shots the night before.

came in and asked for a bathroom, one employee told me I could use it…so I go to use it and another rude employee gave me the dirtiest look and told me it’s locked and close to the public. Going somewhere else to pee & buy my deodorant?

Been going here for years and unfortunately it's been nothing but downhill. The drive thru has been closed for about a year now , nothing is ever on time (literally days to fill scripts) and today I went in to get an antibiotic and they gave me someone else's prescription which was TWO controlled drugs that could have killed me if I didn't pay attention to what they were.

With the exception of my two prior visits, which were great. This pharmacy needs some work. Called in my script Fri AM, to pick up Saturday at 11am. Unfortunately Saturday when I got here the pharmacy was closedI'm here Sunday at 11am and I have to wait for it, because it's not ready. This is ridiculous, if the prescription isn't going to be ready for you to pick up on the day you're supposed to pick it up, then MAYBE let the customer know. This is NOT the first time this has happened at this Rite Aid. You have 2 Amazing pharmaciests that absolutely go above and beyond BUT your staff here today and other days are horrible, rude and it's horrible. This is completely disrespectful to your customers, and their time. If I could give no stars I would!!!! I understand being short staffed but so are other places, my job included, but this is ridiculous.. Waiting for a prescription that should be ready !

Items marked 50% but when I checked out, they charged full price. Cashier were mean and rude. They should receive zero star instead of one. Never come back to this store again. Many other drugs store around this area have better customer service.

Pharmacy hours are not up to date, and when they are randomly closed at 1:30pm, they have no option for a Rx slip drop off. The staff seemed to feel like their hands were tied at the suggestion of my leaving the slip for them to process once they returned from their midday closure. In what world does this make sense? It's difficult to get to the pharmacy as it is, much less to have them be closed during advertised hours and lacking any system for receiving scripts at that time.

Unfortunately, the situation at this pharmacy is dire. They are always short-staffed. The drive-thru is permanently closed and there’s often a line inside for 20-30 minutes. Note: Always check your pill count. It’s been incorrect (not enough) for me a few times now. The pharmacist with the beard, is always working hard, but he can’t handle it alone.
