I used Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change today for the first time, and I came away very impressed.
Both Cameron and Bama who did the oil change were really personable and pleasant. The oil change actually did take 10 minutes (if that), plus they also checked other fluids and cleaned the front windshield.
The cost seemed reasonable as well.
I will happily go there again.

Worst service I have gotten wrong oil type for my car it leaked. Went elsewhere to have it fixed. May be quick and cheap but not worth it. Had to get another oil change the next day because oil was pissing out.

My first visit to the Dover location after being a happy customer in Concord. Kudos to the workers as they are professional in what they do. It was another hot 92 degree day and the fought through the heat to get the job done.

They do not check fluid levels yet say they dis on the receipt. False advertising.
In response to the owner, I already complained to an employee on the phone and after that conversation I'm never using your service again.

Always awesome and fast service. If you have things like windshield wipers fluid/windshield wipers etc on hand that you haven't put on or in yet they offer to pop them on for free during!

I had never been to Prompto before, and I was very pleased with the professionalism, directions and speed. My car is very happy now and I will be going back next time. Oh, and did I mention affordable?!
