I have to say I just started going to pro nails, I just started getting my nails done something I was never really into but each time I have gone the experience has been nothing but great. They actually listen to what I want. And even did my daughter's nails
Cleanliness: The salon is always kept clean, pleasant atmosphere .
Stylist: Erik is great with his service I even broke a couple of my nails and had no problem getting me in to get them fix.

The services were so good. Got a hot rock pedicure with massage and gel shellac. It was only 45 dollars and they went above and beyond! I would highly recommend.

I’m sorry to whoever has had a bad experience because in mine, they have been so nice and accommodating. The absolute best. You cannot beat the prices and the quick service, with and without an appointment. I chipped my nail a few days after getting them done and they fixed it for free and didn’t want a tip either. Customer for life ?

I’ve been going to pro nails for around a year now and every time it’s been mediocre but I come back because I can’t afford the higher prices. On a recent occasion I went in at 4:10 for an appointment at 4:15 and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get in a chair after being told multiple times it would be just one more minute. It was very irritating but I unferstand that things can get crazy and mixed around, but every nail technician is in such an utter rush that the work they provide and that I pay for is terrible. The feeling of someone doing my nails being in a complete rush and haphazardly doing my nails isn’t very nice and I wish they would fix whatever problems they have. Like I said, I understand that things happen with appointments but when the lack of proper scheduling affects how my nails are done, that is where I draw the line. The prices here are good and every time I get them done the nails are okay, but for the past few appointments up until my most recent have been terrible and have caused me to look elsewhere for nail salons.
Stylist: My stylist was Eric. Eric normally does an ok job but not the last few times.

Took my girls here to get their nails done for Semi Formal. They came out okay they looked rushed and not done with the care that it should have been done with. The Girl's liked them first time for them, nothing to compare them to. I think they need to step their game up. I won't go there for myself. The Girl's told me they talked to each other in their own language, which is fine but didn't have very good conversations with them, or by the looks of it, anyone...

I got my nails done today by Den, he did an amazing job with my nails. He pays attention to the details and makes sure your nails look great and are even. They were able to take me in right at 10:30. Thank you so much I will be back. Their prices are amazing compared to other places I’ve gone, my acrylic set, coffin shape, and gel nails all came to $45. You can’t find prices like that anywhere else! Thanks pro nails ??
