Was there for apple harvest day. Was trying on a jacket in front of their store door because I thought there business was closed. The person working there opened the door in my face so I would not use there door as a mirror. Great customer service!

One of THE BEST hair salon experiences of my life. I have long, blonde, curly hair and am way low maintenance. Laurie was absolutely amazing. She listened to what I wanted done and did it (without doing too much or taking off too much) and I am very happy with the result. I have some sensitivities to perfumes and chemical additives and going to the salon can difficult bc they love to use product and will often push the products. Laurie totally got that I wasn’t into it, respected my preference and never pushed anything. my hair looks amazing, amazing. She was absolutely easy to be around and work with as well. I am so grateful to have found Positive Directions and so grateful to Laurie for the wonderful haircut and overall positive experience!

I was lucky to get a same day appointment with Joanne, after cutting my own hair (badly) since March 2020. My new haircut is fabulous and just what I wanted! I will be returning for sure. Highly recommend!
