I have nothing but great things to say about this Gym.Its very affordable and the Dover gym has a great spa and options.Also Dover has fans on the treadmill?Very nice Staff.

Really clean inside! The area is nice and spread out so machines aren’t crammed together. They have plenty of equipment unlike some planet fitness where they kind of lack some weight lifting machines. Cardio area is very large. I think the location has open recently if it didn’t it definitely looks like it is brand new. Black area is also always clean. 24 hour location so makes it really nice since some of the others around aren’t 24 hours. It is also located in the same parking lot as a Starbucks so definitely a plus for catching a workout before work in the morning. Locker room is very large with plenty of showers and really clean bathrooms!

My wife went in today to use our black card membership and was told since we didnt pay she cant go in. Worst part there were others behind her to hear this. I have never missed a bill and or payment and saw a hold for a couple days. This has already been held out of my account. No idea what membership blocks you from going in the day its due and we even explained the money is held to go to them in our account. Oh and after the employee said we didnt pay he turmed his back on her and walked away so rude. Manager of this place said its weird no idea why she was not allowed to go in. Worst part is she had her employees back wouldnt even hear or believe her employee would do this. Then asked i call my bank i did and the bank said every month is like this. No real appologize more that its our problem its ok i am in need of a new place soon. Theres maybe 1 or 2 nice employees here anyways. I say if you know payment is due on the 17th dont go in until a few days later. Save yourselves embarrasment.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’m absolutely floored by how rude the manager was to me today… she should be demoted to toilet duty for a few months.
Other then that, always friendly staff and a great place to work out

Anyone know when this remodel at Dover will be finished. While I understand it may be to better the facility…this is super inconvenient considering all other gyms are 20+ minutes away and we’re spending more on gas to drive out of the way. We honestly shouldn’t be charged the full membership price while this is going on.

This place was closed for renovations and charged me over 100 dollars in one month o love this gym so much cancelling my membership has been such a hard process but I'll be back in person for my 100+ refund

This is the exact same piss spot that's been in the men's bathroom for over a week. I've brought it to the attention of the staff 2x and was told it was a leak and to take it up with the night crew. Hoping someone from corporate can assist since none of the staff wants to take responsibility
