I have nothing but great things to say about this Gym.Its very affordable and the Dover gym has a great spa and options.Also Dover has fans on the treadmill?Very nice Staff.

Anyone know when this remodel at Dover will be finished. While I understand it may be to better the facility…this is super inconvenient considering all other gyms are 20+ minutes away and we’re spending more on gas to drive out of the way.
