“I used Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change today for the first time, and I came away very impressed.
Both Cameron and Bama who did the oil change were really personable and pleasant. The oil change actually did take 10 minutes (if that), plus they also checked other fluids and cleaned the front windshield.
The cost seemed reasonable as well.
I will happily go there again.”

“I came to this location for my state inspection in early June. They have a nice waiting room where I was able to sit and do some reading while waiting for the work to get done. They kept me up to date with the status of my car and laid out the required work for me. They even showed me the broken part that had to be replaced.”

“My husband purchased tires from VIP a few months back. Big selection with good prices. The tires were an excellent price and handled great(front wheel drive) in the snow. So time for me to replace my Michelins that were purchased 3 yrs ago after the dealer that services my vehicle told me the tires had dry rot...so I called VIP to make an appointment to discuss new tires and after arriving, Mark checked out my tires and told me they are fine... Michelin put out information when customers were noticing dry rot on their tires but it was just a top spray coat that was compromised. Not often do you run into a shop of knowledgeable people who actually help save you money and because of that...now, life time customers...not to mention the greeting we received when we came in!”
“I've had my cars serviced at Price's since I moved to the area in the early 1990's, first by Jim then later after he retired by Cory and company. I couldn't be happier with the service and cost-savings they've provided in all these years. “We went to Walmart auto center to have four tires mounted and balanced. We were given an appointment over the phone, but when we arrived, it turns out the appointment was not available. We needed the tires put on because we had to travel to a graduation the following day.
The manager of the auto center stayed late (after hours) and did the job himself. He also applied a discount for the inconvenience. I would recommend anybody who needs tires or auto care, Go visit Paul, the shop manager, at Rochester Walmart auto center. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service, and he made what could have been a bad situation, hassle-free.”
