I have had very good experiences with Northpoint Mortgage until I experience any type of issue. Unfortunately their problem resolution is less than desirable, and they lie or mislead their customers to try to "shut them up". Because they do not record their calls, they can claim you said whatever suits their interest and claim it is a she said/he said incident. I now have to file claims with the US Banking Department and such to get my problems resolved which is a big time and hassle. This would have been prevented had Northpoint just followed FCRA requirements and guidelines.

Awesome experience! I first met with Sean Starkey years before I was ready to purchase a house. He made such favourable impression that I understood why he had been recommended to me in the first place. So in 2018 when I began to look for a place, he was the only serious option for me. During the search, he was always available with prompt responses via calls, text and email - even on weekends when I specifically said my questions could wait until monday. When the right house came along, we were able to close in a VERY reasonable time and I could not be happier with the experience. I don't think anyone would regret working with Sean. I know I dont!
