Purchased their Dragonfly comparing tent several years ago. It’s excellent and have used it to camp all over the US. Great product. This spring, while camping in Big Bend TX, the rain fly got ripped. I contacted NEMO about buying a replacement. They no longer make that fly, but they offered to repair it for free. I just got the fly back and it looks great. Just in time for a Joshua Tree trip. Great service. Appreciate you all at NEMO.

Update: there was a glitch in their messaging software that was causing my messages not to go through and vice versa. Finally made contact and got a replacement tent super fast.

I am so impressed with way this company lives up to their promise of a lifetime warranty so that their products do not end up in a landfill. We love our Nemo shower and have camped with it for years. When the foot pedal began filling with water, we were able to send it in and have it fixed. A few years later, it happened again. I was able to send a picture (and was not requested to send it back via mail) and Nemo replaced it for us. I am so grateful for a hassle-free experience and highly recommend this company to all campers.

Update: I called Nemo again and was able to speak with someone. They apologized for oversight and are shipping out the product and throwing in a free pillow. So I am satisfied and changing my review.Nemo customer service is very poor. I have been trting to replace a women's Disco sleeping bag compression sack since April. It took several emails and my following up to purchase a new one. I wasn't even asking to have it replaced. Once it was ordered it has now been over 2 weeks and it was not delivered. Follow up emails and voicemail have not been returned by an actual person just automated emails. The company states they are heading into the backcountry as an excuse to not return inquiries. They do not have any returning calls. Other companies such as Big Agnes have people you can speak with . I like the quality of Nemo peoducts but I am hesitant to purchase more due to lack of customer support.

Great outdoor company. Recently focused on recycling their products and making sure all new products are recyclable. Problem is recycling plastic in the USA is not really a thing, so making products inevitably more expensive and less durable to be recyclable is stupid. IMHO making gear that will last a lifetime would be way more worthwhile.

STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! And great products! I work for a global conservation organization and needed a few tents fast for a last minute field trip in Tanzania. Austin on the customer service team and the quick follows up via NEMO's social media made it a breeze. In the building where Nemo is located (Cocheco Mills), there are a lot of residential apartments. A package of mine that was supposed to be left at my door was accidentally delivered to Austin at Nemo Equipment. Austin took the time out of his day to call me and make me aware of the situation and even offered to drop it in the residential mail room for me, great service! Thanks guys!

Purchased the Stargaze Luxury Chair Summer 2019 and it only lasted a few days camping before tearing. Trying to work it out with Nemo customer service but their process for customers who purchase directly from them is a real pain. Wouldn't recommend the chair or brand at this point.

I purchased a Fillo Elite Ultralight Backpacking Pillow from NEMO Equipment. After using the pillow for only 1 week, it started to deflate and not hold air. I was out of the country on a backpacking trip when this happened so I couldn't immediately return the pillow. When I returned home I contacted the company about getting a replacement sent out or a refund. I was told that it would be several weeks before anyone at the company even reviewed or repaired the item. I told them I didn't have that long to wait and asked them if they could send out a replacement. They said they could not send out a replacement until looking at the defective item. I then asked them for a refund due to the item being defective and they told me they couldn't do that because it had been used. I had initially heard good things about this companies products and their customer service, but this was not my experience at all. I just wasted $50 on a defective travel pillow that I used for a week. I won't be buying anything from this company ever again.
