I come here every once in a blue moon and every experience is great. I cracked the edge of my samsung s22 edge to where I couldn't use it at all. He was super quick and efficient! My phone was done in 3 days (without having the part overnighted) and it's stunning. The sides that were banged up were also replaced!! The best part is, my car wouldn't start when i was leaving and he went the extra mile to lend me a phone to help me make phone calls to get home. I will ALWAYS go here and always recommend them. They are the BEST!

Immediate assessment of issue, and informed me the cost of the repair would possibly be higher than the cost of getting a replacement of the same model of phone.

iPhone blackout because of an upgrade issue. Took phone to this place and in a few minutes, phone was working. This is not the first time we used this place and each time we have been highly satisfied.

Nine month old Nokia G50 wouldn't connect to the internet. Owner looked it over, tried everything, said it would not work.
Did not charge me. I will definitely go back.

I was referred to My Mobile store.
by my mobile phone carrier.
I had a problem that they were unable to correct. I went to My Mobile store in Dover and the man there fixed it in two minutes.
I would return there with any future problems with my cell phone.

My iPhone (only 7 months old) just suddenly stopped working and put me in a bit of a panic!). I tried all the usual tricks to reboot, but it didn’t help.
I came to MyMobile, and they found a short in the phone, and were able to jump start it. So relieved!!! I will certainly return if anything happens again! So glad to know they are so good… and nearby!!
