Liberty Mutual although they seemed to want to help did not mail me the life insurance policy statements that I need to file a Medicaid application. I made several phone calls only to be transferred all over the place. Not helpful

Been on hold for over two hours to speak with someone about my workers comp and have yet to get someone to answer the phone.
