“I never write reviews but I couldn’t leave without someone knowing how amazing Conor was to my family and I. Seems so silly but we came in late Friday night looking for a grill and weren’t sure about delivery versus trying to fit it into our car. Conor advised us the whole way through and then when we thought we could fit it in the car he helped us. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit but he did nothing but smile and offer to get it delivered instead. I felt awful cause I know how rough doing all that is at the end of the day probably was but he was so kind to all of us, got us a delivery for the grill and just was overall very kind about the whole situation. Conor went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed and never made us feel like a burden. Left feeling very happy about our experience!”
“What I thought would be a quick shopping trip to the Portsmouth location this evening, turned into one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. While at the self-checkout, I ran into one of Home Depot’s finest, Gail. She assisted my girlfriend and I with our checkout process which led to a great conversation between the three of us. She even pulled my leg a couple of times so hard that it hurt. Gail’s knowledge of the products sold in store combined with her advanced sense of humor made for a great end to our trip to Home Depot. In the future, I will go out of my way to go through the checkout process with my new friend Gail. Her friendliness and exceptional customer service should not go unnoticed! Thanks again, Gail.”

“i came into store for only paint chips & paint sample jars of custom behr paint. i was cheerfully greeted by young man named "joseph" in paint dept. joseph was all alone & slammed with customers! however, he remained patient, cool & cheeful throughout entire event. joseph, was organized, efficient & answered myriad of paint questions. for a very young man, he was so helpful & considerate with his time. i am sure he is earning pennies on dollar for an hourly salary? in my opinion joseph is an extremely valuable hd employee! thank you, young joseph.”
“I stopped by this store yesterday. The staff is great! I had 2 different sales associates offer to help me find what I was looking for, and another associate noticed I had my arms full of merchandise and came back with a shopping cart for me. Usually, at this type of store, I'm walking up & down the aisles looking for someone to help me.Has customer service returned??Kudos!!”

“Not surprised with some of the reviews I've read here. Used Middleton Building Supply products for renovation of Master Bath and Kitchen. I would not recommend 5 Star Builders Cabinets were measured wrong, cabinet doors were measured wrong orders for cabinets were forgotten ....just to name a few issues.....UPDATE: after posting this review I received a call from Jeremy...the owner of Middleton Building Supply. We discussed the issues and he offered to fix our problems. So, the product was ordered and today...two weeks later, my bathroom vanity is gorgeous.....and did not cost me a dime. Problems come up constantly and it is how these issues are handled that make a difference and because of Jeremy and Jim Bruneau, my renovation is complete and beautiful.”
