I like using the app to check in online. As a mother of 3, Great Clips works best for my family, as opposed to setting another appointment somewhere. Michael has been cutting my kids' hair for a few years now, along with some of the other hairstylist. Everyone works efficiently & my kids are in and out quickly.

I met Matt for the first time yesterday and he was detail oriented and did a fantastic job with my hair. I have been a customer for over four years and have seen many changes. I am grateful for a staff that is professional and enjoy the experience. Thanks Matt for your attention to detail and me as a human being. Well done!

Great cut and very friendly staff. Shop was clean and organized and the stylists seemed very experienced.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!
0/5 My son went today for the first time on his own, was told by the guy who did his haircut that he couldn't have the haircut he wanted because "he wasn't a poodle" (asked for the usual long on top short sides that like all teen boys have) and left with literally THE WORST haircut. I tried calling to speak with someone and NOBODY ANSWERS. I realize they can't glue his hair back on but we will NEVER return. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

This was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten at Great Clips. The hair on my neck was not trimmed or cleaned up at all. I’ll make sure never to get that same operator again.

They are made rude i went in to get a haor aftwr calling and asking of they arw open thwy hung up didnt say anything went in 25mims before theu closed and was told they were clpsed even tho it says they are open till 6

I wish I remembered the name of the new gentleman who cut my son's hair. Keith always does a fantastic job cutting my toddler's hair, but this last time he was busy and the new stylist was even better than expected. He was so good with my 3 year old and talked him through everything, even let him turn the clippers on and hold the "bever hair" brush, which was especially fun.

They had notes of how to cut my hair, instead the barber basically gives me a buzz cut and then argues with me. Clearly not what I wanted. I go here once a week. Never coming back.

Had a new person she was nice and everything, but she barely took anything off, couldn't tell at first cause she blow dried so it looked shorter til that night. So now I have to get my hair cut again cause I'm going to 90s con.

Keith, Dover Great Clips, Has been cutting and styling my hair for several years now. I was away for a few months last year I had one haircut. Tho it was good, I saw Keith the day after I got back for my usual awesome haircut. He’s talented and incredibly patient with all my little changes. ?

Every time I’m in the sea coast area (live out of state) I hit up the best barber in town, Keith. Always great service, clean, and Keith is professional and can fade any style!
