Cassie at Coastal Furniture found me a new swatch of fabric in the perfect color and ordered me a new slipcover from the manufacturer. It arrived within the designated time and my couch looks fantastic in my new home. Now, three years later (and ten since I originally purchased the couch) the two bottom cushions are feeling a bit flat (no wonder after ten years of daily use). I called Cassie and she quickly ordered two new couch cushions for me from the original manufacturer. The customer service I have received has been excellent. I highly recommend Coastal furniture, both for the quality furniture and interesting decor items for your home.”
