I have been at EvoFit for 14 months and cannot say enough about this journey. The coaches are so supportive, it makes you want to be there. The group of woman along your side is what makes this a wonderful experience. When you find yourself in doubt there’s always someone there to push you!!

Just had my third class and I can't express how great I feel not just physically but mentally. Everyone there is so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Incredible group of women supporting one another. I'm happy I found such a great fit for me and my physical & mental health!

Love, love, love Evofit! I’ve been here for about 4 years and wouldn’t want to work out anywhere else. The coaches are outstanding and offer a variety of classes to meet your needs. This place nourishes your body, mind and soul. Great for all ages and fitness levels!

I had never worked out in a gym or taken classes before I found EvoFit. They have been very encouraging and patient. All of the women help you to achieve your goals as a community. I am now down 25+ pounds and getting stronger and more stable every day. Thank you EvoFit! You have changed my life!!

I have been a member of Evofit for 4 1/2 years. I can't image going anywhere else. They are not your average gym. The coaches are amazing and are so great about modifying every workout for the special needs of the members. In addition, there is so much education available that members can take advantage of. If you are looking for a women's gym, look no further!

I’ve been a member of Evofit for 6 months and absolutely love it! The coaches are fantastic, friendly, fun & Fierce!!! When I walk out the door I’m on cloud 9! I’ve belonged to many gyms and this is nothing like any other fitness center. All women, and whole body workouts with some music cranking!

I've never been one to stick to a gym routine because I was always uncomfortable and would keep the same boring routine. Being at an all women's gym has been a game changer and I LOVE coming to Evofit! Since February they have helped me lose over 30lbs! Workouts are planned and instructed by coaches, meal plans, and an amazing support system. Invest in yourself and come to evofit!

Joining Evofit was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Evofit is a unique space where women can feel comfortable, accepted and supported during all stages of their journey for better health. The coaches are amazing. They know your name, they care about you and only want you to reach your goals. The coaches are very responsive to questions and concerns. The guidance and support I have been given over the past six months since joining has been priceless. Evofit is a community of like like minded women that are all supportive of each other. It is quite amazing. I would recommend Evofit to anyone looking to make positive changes in their fitness.

Evofit is more than just a "Gym" ~ it a life changing environment!! Having been a member at many fitness facilities in my lifetime, I can honestly say this is hands down the best one I've been of member of. From the authentic and caring owner Heather, to all the amazing & wonderful Coaches (both present & past) who are so creative in changing up each & every routine to the awesome Office Manager Becky ~ we are treated like Rockstars!! They genuinely care about all of us, our families - most importantly our health & wellness journey and beyond. I love working out alongside some pretty special woman ~ we may moan & groan at some of the routines yet we still we laugh, support and encourage each other along the way. This has become my social life as well, having made lifelong friends along the way! If you are looking for that one of a kind "Gym" - please consider Evofit, you will not be disappointed. As several coaches have told us "It will be your new addiction" and then some...

I came to Evo Fit in Dover NH Jan. 2022 for a little black dress challenge , this was so much fun ! The women I have met and coaches are AMAZING . I had only planned to workout during this time and move on I wanted a kickstart to get me motivated. After considering how much I enjoyed being around all the positive women and staff /coaches. I decided I was worth spending the $$$$ I thought was too high for a gym. I'm so happy to be part of this group we call a TRIBE . Come check it out !

if you ever wondered what your doing wrong you have tried everything then go see Heather DeWitt she will rock your world with knowledge. evofit is not just about exercise it much more nutrition girl power the support of the women and the coaches are amazing. I really suggest you try it out.
