Ali examined it, announced he needed to change the battery, and STILL offered me a great price!Then, the remarkable happened! I needed to purchase a new (Windows) laptop for myself and wanted to shop local. After examining my current laptop and really listening to me, Ali determined that a Mac wasn't the best option for me (I'm an aged android girl who is allergic to change), did some research and suggested that I purchase a particular laptop online that he thought better suited my needs than what he had for sale at the store!! I've now purchased that laptop and I am going to pay Ali to set it up for me when it arrives, because I trust him implicitly. What a huge relief for me and what a huge testament to his great customer service! HIGHLY recommend!”

“Service has always been great at this Best Buy, however the last time we were there, we found the service to be lacking. We needed help and 3 different staff came up to see if they could help us, and each of them were more interested in watching other customers than helping us. It wasn't a busy day so there were plenty of staff walking around but none who approached seemed to really want to be there helping customers. Our experiences in the past have always been pretty good but not this time. Hopefully the next visit will be better.”

“If you need to upgrade a TV, check here first. The rotation of TV's available is always changing, but there are a lot of choices. I spent under $200 for a 58" Samsung. It's worth the visit. I always end up picking out other neat things. Found gaming headsets for my kids, and some velvet ice packs for when they're sick. Also, computer monitors! I couldn't possibly justify buying it - but as of this post- there's an Asus Proart for a 1/4 of the price. I could see a local photographer upgrading for their business... if they know to look here!It was very busy, still, Hunter walked me through TV specs & patiently answered all of my questions.”
