Just purchased a new Corolla and I am beyond happy with my experience. I went to a couple other local dealerships prior to this for some test drives and it was a night and day difference. They had no new inventories whatsoever though their online inventories would have you believe otherwise, and their sales staff were incredibly desperate to sell the used cards they had.
Bill Dube was a completely different experience. I had multiple options for the models I was interested in. The salesman I worked with, Connor, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even the financing portion of things was extremely low stress and straightforward compared to previous experiences. I will definitely be making this our go to dealership going forward!

Came in and put a deposit down in July on a 2025 Corolla Hatchback that was set to arrive by the end of August. It was my first time ever buying a new car and shopping at a dealership. After checking many dealerships in the area they by far had the cheapest price. Brain Doyle was my salesman and was helpful and punctual on giving me updates on when the car was going to arrive and all the paperwork I needed to bring on the day of pickup. Picked it up this pst Friday and the whole thing went very smooth. Brian and the rest of the team were super helpful and friendly. It was not like some of the nightmare stories I had heard about dealerships being extremely pushy and hard to work with. Garron and John were extremely helpful and personable and kept us entertained while we had to wait to talk finances. John in finance was not pushy at all when presenting all of the extra coverages in the finance office(GAP Insurance, tire and wheel, extended warranty, etc.). He made sure we understood what each plan had to offer and walked us through the paperwork and did not try to hide any funny numbers or fees. Overall time spent in the dealership was around 3 hours, though it did not feel that long. Would highly recommend Bill Dube toyota and ford to anyone in the New England area.

Over the last few years, my Fiancé and I have purchased or leased 3 vehicles, including my new 2024 F-150, with Brian Doyle at Bill Dube Toyota/Ford and we will continue to go to him for all of our future purchases! He always manages to find us exactly what we need to fit our lifestyle and budget. He takes the time to listen and remembers us every time we show up to take a peak at something new!

I've purchased three Fords (An Ecosport and two Escapes) from Bill Dube so far and they have always treated me right. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Matt helped me find a vehicle and set up a time, and Ann helped me with my lease. That guy BC was very helpful with answering my questions also!

They're doing extremely well! Had a Toyota RAV4 XLE available, took my deposit, and gave me the car in a week. Price was discounted, and no unnecessary fees applied. Happy with my purchase!

We have been searching for the perfect, pre-owned car. Brian Doyle found just the one! He is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He helped us come to the right decision and we are thrilled with our Corolla hybrid. John also spent a lot of time with us going over available options - very patient and friendly. I just bought my brand new 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser today at Bill Dube Toyota. What a great experience the entire purchase was. Brian Doyle helped me as I waited and waited for exactly the right vehicle and color, but was even cognizant of my spending limits. He found my car in another state and, together with manager Ann Morin, snatched it for me! Sam in finance worked so hard to get me out the door with my new car despite some hiccups. What a kind, friendly team of people with decades of experience at this dealer. I’ll be back in 30 years when I’m ready for another!

Bought a new 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid a month and a half ago, with Brian as our sales contact.
Brian Doyle was fantastic, very no nonsense and not pushy, which is a completely different experience than we had with a man at Berlin City Toyota in Portland ME. We are leaving 5 stars for Brian. He was very busy, and we never felt like we'd been forgotten about or weren't a priority. Would not hesitate to recommend Brian.
The finance/agreement folks were nice, but we wasted too much time on upsell pitches. Was quite frustrating to realize we only had been waiting for hours because they make everyone sit through a 1-1.5hr sales pitch. The typical dealer ad ons -- extended warranties, exterior protection, etc. My work recently purchased a new vehicle from another dealership, and the "upsell" was not nearly as lengthy as Bill Dube. The finance folks did get us a low interest rate through Toyota, which Berlin City wouldn't even begin to do, including our Berlin man telling us the interest "wasn't flexible". Unclear if our salesman at Berlin was clueless, or just trying to rope us in while naive. Overall 3/5 stars for the Bill Dube fiance folks.
The car itself has been fantastic, and we haven't hesitated to recommend it to friends and family. We average about 51mpg. Highway driving nets 32mpg.
