We had an incredible experience at Bill Dube Ford! The trip from Michigan to Dover, New Hampshire was absolutely worth it. We flew in and drove our “new” (used) truck home. Went there to look at a bronco with my wife and the salesman was nice Brian but when it came to the price of the vehicle it was mass confusion . We had a true car price and the Bill Dube website price and of course the actual dealership price and all three of the prices were different. The dealership would not honor any price but there own which of course is the highest. It gets better the salesman said true car was a third party entity and they could not honor that price and they also said their website might be a mistake on that price too. Sounds to me like the old bait and switch tactic just to get you in the showroom. My advice would be to honor the price on the internet or maybe that’s why people don’t like car stealerships.

My husband and I went to Bill Dube just to test drive a Mustang, and we couldn't resist buying it.
The service we received was exceptional. Brian Doyle was super patient and kind even though it was very late and he had already finished his work; he explained and clarified all our doubts and never rushed us. Josh was very supportive with the purchase process, he even got us a better price on the trade in of my Tiguan, and he agreed to all our needs for the trade-in of my SUV. Thank you very much for making this process a great experience. You guys made it happen. Also the lady cooking burgers and Sam were very very very nice and helpful.

The staff there was not pushy or high stress but were very accomodating and friendly. I feel I got a good deal, one I woudl have to really search and work at beating.
