Boo Bill Dube. They won't work on any EVs they did not sell, and are avoiding EVs altogether. They lost a customer today, with two Toyotas and one Ford I could be bringing to them for service. Short sighted decision making on their part.

The service department at Bill Dube is top notch. I recently had to got some corrective maintenance done, and the guys did it for almost half the price than the other local Toyota dealer. Will definitely be going back and recommending them to friends and family.

Not only is the customer service not great, they charged me $15 to run "emissions testing" on an electric car with no emissions, which seems pretty ridiculous.
