Janie is the nicest person! She is one in a million! She is very experienced, does a great job and is very kind and gentle to the dogs. I have brought my standard poodle and my yorkie to her for grooming and I am thrilled with the results. I am a veterinary technician and I am picky as to how my dogs are handled. I have recommended her many times to clients.

They aren't taking anymore cats so I can't say to the service but the woman on the phone was polite.

We've brought our dog in three times and each time Janie has done a fantastic job. Our dog is a flat-coat retriever mix and has long "feathers" on her tail, legs, belly, and feet and it's tough to keep her from matting. Janie does such a good job on the long hair....perfect trimming, no snarls left. We can tell Janie loves her work and loves the dogs she works with.

I have a big labradoodle that needs grooming and Janie does a wonderful job with him every single time! The doodle fur was new to me, and Janie keeps the mats under control, but keeps him looking very cute and doodle-y. . I love that her shop is so clean and quiet and we never feel rushed. I can always get an appointment within 1 week or 2 of a phone call. I am grateful to have her as my boys groomer!!

Wonderful experience! We brought our senior cat (Wrigley) in to get groomed this morning and Janie was just fantastic. She did a wonderful job and was able to get out all of the matted fur and tangles without a scratch. Honestly...I can't sing enough praises about how pleased we are. Thanks!
