The Walmart in Epping NH is the worst Customer Service of any store. After trying to contact Walmart Corp with no response I can see why with Mr McMillon as CEO why the chains customer service is so poor.

I went to Walmart pharmacy today to fill my prescription. I was leaving for Alabama the next day. The Indian pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because it's out of state. I had to take it to Sam's club in Concord (because I wanted the generic version that Walmart carries). The Sam's Club pharmacist checked the PMP, called my doctor in Alabama and filled it with NO PROBLEM. I started at 11:00 am at Derry, then checked CVS, Walgreens, Shaw's etc. By the time I got my prescription at Sam's Club and got home, it was 4:00 PM. I am never having my prescriptions filled at Derry Walmart again. I wasted a whole day because he didn't want to do his job. That Indian pharmacist can go pound sand... never again.

This pharmacy refused to fill a prescription for me prescribed by my OBGYN. The pharmacist claimed to know more than my Dr. and I was honest when they asked me if I was pregnant (barely showing yet.) not only did they refuse it they would g give it back to me to fill somewhere else. Had to call my Drs office and they called it into a different pharmacy without a problem. I would never go back to this pharmacy.

Can someone please explain Walmart's pharmacy policy? 1. They actually close down for an hour in the middle of the day for lunch. 2. They insist that the pharmacist speak with you every time you pick something up. 3. They refuse to step it up and fill your prescription when you stop there on your way from the doctors office. You're sick and in pain and they tell you will have to wait 30 minutes. Any other drug store, Rite Aid, CVS will get it ready for you if you're standing there. And you don't have to wait to speak with a pharmacist unless you request to. So obviously there are no state regulations that Walmart is following.
