Amazing service and team at this location! I have been coming to the Derry store for some time to utilize their shipping services, amazon returns and any mailing needs that does not require the post office. The managers Muzzy and Geo were super helpful with any shipping needs . The store staff are always friendly and on top of things and I highly recommend this location!

I wish I knew the employee’s name, but today an employee at this location took the upmost care of my very important package (a family heirloom). He was kind, courteous and respectful. He answered all of my questions with kindness and I really appreciated his care and his time.

The UPS store has friendly and knowledgeable staff and is extremely easy and convenient for Amazon returns. Amelia helped me today and was very impressively helping multiple customers while running the store front on her own.

My favorite UPS location because of Amelia! She is so kind and beyond helpful! I come in about 2x a week for Amazon returns and print materials and she is always so friendly and happy. She saw me trying to carry in two large boxes a few weeks ago and opened the door, helped me carry them out of my car and into the store. Thank you Amelia, you’re a rockstar!

had a great experience at this UPS location. A young women named Ameila was extremely helpful. She helped me find my Amazon QR codes and made the whole process very easy and pleasant. will be going back
