Amelia who works at the Derry store is a rockstar! Honestly, everybody who works there is pretty helpful. But today I brought in many, many Amazon returns and she patiently helped me while politely and efficiently helping other customers at the same time. She was calm, collected and got the job done.

This place will attempt to scam you out of every dollar. Even after paying for a shipping label, they are unable to print it unless they charge a $4 fee.

Amazing service and team at this location! I have been coming to the Derry store for some time to utilize their shipping services, amazon returns and any mailing needs that does not require the post office. The managers Muzzy and Geo were super helpful with any shipping needs . The store staff are always friendly and on top of things and I highly recommend this location!

I wish I knew the employee’s name, but today an employee at this location took the upmost care of my very important package (a family heirloom). He was kind, courteous and respectful. He answered all of my questions with kindness and I really appreciated his care and his time.

The UPS store has friendly and knowledgeable staff and is extremely easy and convenient for Amazon returns. Amelia helped me today and was very impressively helping multiple customers while running the store front on her own.
