No matter where you buy understand the dealer is out to make money. Just purchased a truck (2008 Chevy Silverado) at Topline. Initially I was worried about the purchase. I hadn't looked over the truck as thorough as I should have. When I noticed an issue with frame rot, I called Tom he was available and willing to address the issue - we spoke daily for 2 weeks. The truck was repaired, and I was happy with the communication and follow through from Tom. I know there are reviews out there that are not favorable of the business. What I would say is do you due diligence and be diligent. I really felt Tom was fair and took care of me in the end.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. If you’re considering buying from this place, please please refrain. These people are shady, dishonest and immoral. Their cars are not safe to drive, and they do not care if they’re giving you a pos vehicle with a grocery list of issues. Their vehicles will not pass inspection, you will not have access to your title, because they haven’t paid the state fees necessary. They blame everything else except their own negligence. They will take your money and put you at risk leaving their lot in a car that is unfit and a safety hazard to drive. They won’t return your messages when trying to file a complaint or get your money back that they scammed out of you either.Steer clear of this place. It is ran by money hungry liars who couldn’t care less what they’re selling to families.

Worst used auto dealership. The owners are shady and liars. “Bought” a used car that’s been nothing but problems. They don’t follow the NH laws that are required for a dealership. They'll pressure you to sign regardless of if you’re the buyer or not. They claim their cars pass inspection but in reality they dont come close. They’ll say covid is the reason your title will take so long but the truth of it is that they don’t pay their state fees than claim the government is lying. They run their buisness by hoping people tire of fighting them and just accept the loss of their hard earned money on a junk car.Run far away from this place!

Absolute joke! Tom Ross is such a dishonest person! Sold my daughter a complete lemon! Brought car back and he then gave her one that had a broken frame. I drove it to work and was more scared than ever driving it. I would never let my kid drive it. Local shop did inspection and of course it “passed”. Such a crooked liar. Lie after lie after lie! Stay away

Terrible. Lies and deception. Don't buy from here. They give you an inspection sticker with bald tires and safety issues. They sell yo a warranty and refuse to give you the information for the warranty company. When you find the name of the company they use the company states they never activated your warranty you paid for. Scam. Brad and Cassey will say they just bought the business and the bad reviews aren't them but they lie. Car smelled. It was promised that they would treat it. Lies. Lies. Stay clear.

Purchased a vehicle in December of 2020 from Tom at Topline Motorsports. Before leaving the vehicle was inspected and stickered by a local shop. The battery has been charged to enable the test drive and the drive home (120 miles). The next morning the car would not start due to the dead battery. After replacing the battery, I found that every component of the front end was in dire condition, front wheel bearings, the front tie rods, pitman arm, idler arm, upper and lower ball joints, and upper control arms, front brake calipers, leaking brake lines. All of them had to be replaced and then the transmission failed. I would recommend a pre purchase inspection of any car from this dealer before making a purchase. I have spent $9,000 dollars to bring the truck I bought up to a road safe standard. This truck should have never left the lot. A painful and disappointing lesson I hope others avoid.

Purchased car. Paid all the money. Had it sent to FORD dealer for inspection prior to purchasing.Dealer said it needs rear shocks and rear brake work. Dealer / owner says everything is all set. Two days later exhaust tip falls off. They repaired that.First inspection car needs a rear end. Rear brake job and shocks!Owner Tom is a lying thief that won’t stand behind the car he sells.

after a brief conversation online about a car, found out these guys are the reason used car dealers have a bad reputation, IMO stay far away from this place.

So after 7 weeks of owning a vehicle that my young daughter's friend [21yr old] purchased here, the motor is overheating and there are other issues with it as well. They refused to work with her to repair or even return a portion of what she paid. And today, when we went there to discuss this, they called the police. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES from this dealer. They sold us a Lemon. I realize that there are disreputable car dealers out there [sadly, people like this is where they get this bad rep] but to call the police? As the saying goes, BUYER BEWARE! Don't waste your money at this company.

Sold a car to a friend that was overheating (disconnected the temp gauge so she wouldn’t know). Vehicle overheated and destroyed the head gaskets, warping the heads. Dealer offered her $2500 of her $4500 back stating the repair cost was $2000. Would not refund and refused to repair when confronted about the disconnected sensor. My shop repaired correctly for just the cost of parts, donating the labor. Avoid at any and all costs.
