This guy should be in jail for what he does. He sold my mom, a single hardworking woman working 70 hours a week, a 2004 bmw convertible. We should have taken him to court, but did not have the money to, the car had problems as soon as we bought the car. Everyone you would take a u turn or a sharp turn, the car engine would stop running, and than run again. We took it to our local BMW shop in Manchester. The mechanic said in his 20 years of fixing cars he had never seen anything like it, they had put duck tape all over the engine, and the engine lights so we couldn’t see any of the lights. This guy is the scum of the earth, and should be sued into the ground.

This guy is absolute scum. Sold a 2003 GMC to a young girl fresh out of recovery with a 3 year old child. ( money she was fronted by her employer) Said he got the car inspected but the sticker was the wrong month. Refuses to provide the name of the garage that stickered it. Car broke down on the ride home. Since then we have been trying to get money back or a swap. He blocked our calls and texts. Under no circumstances do business with this guy. He’s a complete scammer. I have no idea how he even has a business. So for the past month, this single parent has been paying for an Uber ($70) per day just to go to and from work. Stay far away or buy from him, get screwed over and join all of us in a lawsuit against this POS. I’m reaching out to WMUR to get this guy spotlighted on Rossen Reports as a local scammer. Disgusting. We have also taken pictures of all aspects of the vehicle that could never pass inspection. Pictures is the sticker and reported to the DOT. The garage that put this sticker on this car will go down with this guy.

No matter where you buy understand the dealer is out to make money. Just purchased a truck (2008 Chevy Silverado) at Topline. Initially I was worried about the purchase. I hadn't looked over the truck as thorough as I should have. When I noticed an issue with frame rot, I called Tom he was available and willing to address the issue - we spoke daily for 2 weeks. The truck was repaired, and I was happy with the communication and follow through from Tom. I know there are reviews out there that are not favorable of the business. What I would say is do you due diligence and be diligent. I really felt Tom was fair and took care of me in the end.

So what's wrong with the "2002 Ferrari 360 Modena". Because nobody would sell one for $69,950 unless it had a major problem...

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. If you’re considering buying from this place, please please refrain. These people are shady, dishonest and immoral. Their cars are not safe to drive, and they do not care if they’re giving you a pos vehicle with a grocery list of issues. Their vehicles will not pass inspection, you will not have access to your title, because they haven’t paid the state fees necessary. They blame everything else except their own negligence. They will take your money and put you at risk leaving their lot in a car that is unfit and a safety hazard to drive. They won’t return your messages when trying to file a complaint or get your money back that they scammed out of you either.Steer clear of this place. It is ran by money hungry liars who couldn’t care less what they’re selling to families.

Worst used auto dealership. The owners are shady and liars. “Bought” a used car that’s been nothing but problems. They don’t follow the NH laws that are required for a dealership. They'll pressure you to sign regardless of if you’re the buyer or not. They claim their cars pass inspection but in reality they dont come close. They’ll say covid is the reason your title will take so long but the truth of it is that they don’t pay their state fees than claim the government is lying. They run their buisness by hoping people tire of fighting them and just accept the loss of their hard earned money on a junk car.Run far away from this place!

Hi, I just want to say that brad sold me and my family a Volkswagen Passat and it came inspected new brakes oil change new front axel with 88k miles on it for 4200 bucks you can't find a better deal than that in this market he was personable and upfront with the issues with the car no B.S. like the moonroof was malfunctioning I took it home and it was a 5 minute fix the cars he has are used but In good condition 10/10 would buy from him again.

Absolute joke! Tom Ross is such a dishonest person! Sold my daughter a complete lemon! Brought car back and he then gave her one that had a broken frame. I drove it to work and was more scared than ever driving it. I would never let my kid drive it. Local shop did inspection and of course it “passed”. Such a crooked liar. Lie after lie after lie! Stay away

Terrible. Lies and deception. Don't buy from here. They give you an inspection sticker with bald tires and safety issues. They sell yo a warranty and refuse to give you the information for the warranty company. When you find the name of the company they use the company states they never activated your warranty you paid for. Scam. Brad and Cassey will say they just bought the business and the bad reviews aren't them but they lie. Car smelled. It was promised that they would treat it. Lies. Lies. Stay clear.
