I'm a current resident at the Fairways and I have a warning for new movers. If you're moving in due to their amenities, don't. Let me explain...The Fitness facility is limited in size and equipment available but that's not the main problem, the problem is the room has 3 old out of date treadmills, and those 3 vintage treadmills always have "out of order" sign on them. They now have been down for over 4 months. Fix them already, or better yet, upgrade to newer better ones!To put things into perspective, the Fairways complex has thousands of apartments making millions of Dollars each month, but boy they're looking extremely cheap to the community. How much does a treadmill cost? Come on...For the outdoor swimming pool, last year they didn't open it till July (of course their excuse is? Maintenance) Notice a trend here? Oh, and they couldn't wait to close the swimming pool right at the end of August. They literally had it open only for like 6 weeks. Meanwhile in 2023, September was the hottest month but the swimming pool was closed. They also have 2 tennis courts which are fenced and locked with big locks like it's a bank of America vault and there is physical blocks of gold in there. So they stay empty and unused all year long. Who cares about Tennis these days anyway? Change them to some pickle ball courts and a basketball court and watch the community come together to play. But the truth is those amenities are for "display" only and not for use. They don't want you to use them.So when you decide to rent here, keep that in mind and don't consider the amenities in your decision making.I'll update this review if I see improvements on the issues mentioned above

This will be a lengthy review, so TLDR;Don’t move here. The apartments are very poorly built and aren’t worth the price.I moved here looking for short term housing before purchasing a house, the Fairways checked the boxes of 1. Allowing pets and 2. Offering short term leases. After 18 months we finally had enough of the dreadful apartment we were living in, and bought out of our lease (cost 1.5x rent) to move to a much nicer apartment for just a bit more money. Most of the apartments are 30+ years old and very cheaply built. I can’t emphasize enough how paper thin the walls are. You will hear all of your neighbors talking, yelling, walking around, ect. The apartments used to permit smoking, and the hallways always reek of a stale smoke odor. The appliances are total junk. The windows don’t allow for additional AC units so you are left with a single (old) unit to cool the whole apartment in the summer. The grass is constantly littered with trash and dog poop. Lease renewal prices are all over the place and make no sense. I have seen month to month rates as high at $9,000/mo. Yes. 9 grand for 1 month. The scary part is if you forget to notify the office that you want to renew your lease, you are automatically resigned in at the month to month rate. They are preying on those who are just looking for ‘affordable’ housing. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in, and cannot suggest living elsewhere more.

Poor quality of clubhouse and general areas of of parking lots and entries. Good floor plan, but community is lacking.

Worse management ever, and terrible smelly place. Over priced for being a glorified looking projects. Everyone i know there, are constantly telling me how they can't wait for their lease to end so they can leave

Ridiculous cost of rent including yearly increases.Having to pay for repairs because of trash material purchased to ‘fix’ issues.Wouldn’t recommend .

They find anyway possible to evict someone. No leeway. Everything is an issue. The staff doesn’t help at all. Poor attitudes. The worst place I’ve ever lived at in my entire life. I dont recommend it to anyone.

Come on down to The Fairways where you’ll live in a luxury apartment for $2000 a month, none of your emails regarding potholes get taken care of, dog urine smell and stains in the hall and railing from 1982! The pool is constantly down for bad PH levels and the clubhouse is constantly short staffed so don’t plan on visiting by there for any of your amenities. I have had not one but TWO mice in my apartment.Lovely place!

I would never recommend anyone to live here maintenance never fixes anything and the place is basically a dump. So 10/10 DO NOT recommend don’t spend the time or the money not worth it at all. Can’t even fix the washer after nine months of it being broken.

We moved here a month ago and it’s just ok, there’s a disgusting smell in the building (stairs and halls) I understand it’s an old building but the smell is really really bad. So bad I’ve decided to use a mask when I have to leave my apartment. There’s pot holes on every side of the entrances to the parking lot of our building. Not really what we had in mind when we signed our lease.

Tenants harass other tenants. Complained, nothing gets down.....management...Police...all know situation. No resolution.... enjoyment and peaceful environment are supposed to be provided, but this is not happening ...constant harrassment by other tenants has been going on for quite a while....tenant is creative in harrassment.....sits in car with high beams on at my balcony....daughter on several occasions has come down to my apt while I'm home and will turn the door knob to come in... when I say whose there she runs away... I can hear her on the stairwell.... loud noises will occur like door slamming furniture moving loud music..... constant running water..maintence looked into it and found nothing. Now there is no more running water. Tenant has other tenants, his friends chiming in. When I go do laundry, I am stalked, they don't do laundry they just stalk......when I come home from shopping will Always run out and be in my way of getting to my apt.... when I asked what her problem was, she just smirked ........ my rights as a tenant are being violated...peaceful environment is not being done . I pay to live in peace .....

Me my fiancé and 2 kids have just moved in this month we like our place it’s perfect for us the only issue we are having is bad smell in kitchen area and also a really disgusting smell in hallways entering on both sides and the whole strip of the hall way it’s very gross… I understand it is a older building but the smell isn’t necessary we have put plug ins in the wall to make it smell better but have thefts who steal it but over all it’s quite and feels like home for us . We also want to to appreciate halie for all the help and leading us here thank you :)

The fairways has always been good to me. Maintenance are always available and on time not to mention they're professionalism. The Landscaping is always impeccable. The only critique would be to improve the kids playground area.

The office does little about noise complaints 2 years of hell. Plus neighbors smoking pot had to deal with smelling the apt and hallway. They need to update apartments kitchen cabinets are old and falling off the walls.

Just moved in and it couldn’t have gone any better. From the time I called the office to inquire about vacancies right through to getting the keys everyone was very helpful and friendly. Poor Dominique had to deal with countless emails with what were probably silly questions but she answered promptly and always so nice. Have been here only a few days and have met many from the building, as everyone is so friendly. Walking the dogs is a breeze and there are so many others that do as well. Haven’t been to the dog park, pool , etc. yet, but planning on it. Noise is not an issue, other than the occasional outside door closing hard. The layouts even help to prevent room to room noise, TV, etc.
