It looks like my review did post properly . But, my experience at Fairway apts has been good it’s what I have expected quiet and a pleasant. You do have amenities that are available to you clubhouse , swimming pool , exercise room, friendly folks and so much more. Thank you for the free movie theater!

Location is great apartment is nice- good set up- bathroom needs updating! The overall upkeep of outside needs to be improved!
The no lighting of candles in apartment is ridiculous as is no wreaths on the front doors. People need to clean up after their dogs and teach them to not bark when you are entering or exerting the building

Lived there for 2 lease terms and would not move back.
- I can’t speak for other buildings but the majority of residents inside my building smoke cigarettes inside their apartment. Hallways always smelled of cigarettes. Sent Management 5 emails about this (termination of lease) and all they did was put flyers on doors.
- Took over 2 years to get pot holes filled.
- External doors to building had holes in them. Took more than 2 years to replace.
- Landscape crew will not hesitate to cover your car with dirt if you park anywhere near the grass.
- Packages got stolen.
Maybe the other buildings are better, but my overall experience was subpar.

If you like living where everyone can hear your conversations and you like the smell of weed then this place is for you. The office people are rude. If you go to the office for anything they make you feel like you’re bothering them. Rents are extremely high for run down apartments.

It was ok to live here at first, but sadly things went down hill drastically.
They told me that my fiancé and I that we could not keep our dog that was rescued, because of “the color of her fur”. They rescue place we went to had to call The Fairway’s to make sure that there was a suitable environment for the dog to live in and the leasing office approved us (at first) to take our new pup home with us. They discriminate against more breeds than most apartments and did not even have it in them to meet her, because she “ clearly looks like a Rottweiler”. Not only is that disgusting of them to say this, but they’re wrong about her breed. They told me I had to either surrender her or find somewhere else to live.
She is the sweetest dog in the world and since I have anxiety I made her my emotional support dog. That way they couldn’t do anything. They made me fill out a form on why she was my ESA, which I’m pretty sure is illegal!
They also will threaten you with noise complaints and eviction, when a neighbor complains about the wrong person yelling in their apartment.
On top of that the apartments used to allow smoking, so the hallways smell like cigarettes. People also don’t care and will continue to smoke cigarettes.
Oh and you can expect to hear loud knocks from maintenance workers.
As I go on I can’t forget that your packages will be stolen. Yes, they have a package room, but some delivery drivers don’t use it! In addition, there are only two washers and three dryers for a building. Approximately there are 24 units per a building.
Lastly, the inside of the apartments are dated. Some (including my old apartment) had terrible appliances. My fridge shelves were breaking. Towards the end the fridge had trouble closing to the point someone had to tighten the bolts, below the fridge every other month, just to get it closed. The dial on the stove had no numbers on it, because of how old it was and one of the kitchen drawers broke. I called maintenance and they came. However, they said they would fix everything and not replace the old fridge. They never came back!
Also, they have a built in A/C in the living room, but it is not enough on a hot summers day if you live on the 3rd floor. This is because most of the buildings have windows that crank open and because of their shape you cannot put a second a/c in. The way the apartment is designed (at least B2’s layout) makes it so cool air cannot circulate properly to the bedrooms. Making it 80-90 degrees some days in the master bedroom. So, every summer my fiancé and I would drag our matters out to the living room. Making it feel like we lived in a studio, when we had a two bed room.
I would have gave them a better review if they didn’t put my family through the traumatic experience with my amazing pup.
Keep looking before you decide to spend a fortune on a mediocre complex. Luckily, we are out of there now and have a house!
****Update! The passive aggressive response below that was written by The Fairways is false. They stated that my review has some inaccurate information. I promise that every part of it is true and they are just trying to cover up for their careless mistakes :) !*****
*****Additional Update: The Fairway's changed their comment below, but here is the original response they had...
"Eric Meister, we regret to hear that you had this experience with us after all these years. While there are some inaccurate statements in this review we appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. Congratulations on your new home. Your pup will surely will be happy being allowed to be as vocal as they wish in their new home!"*****

We’ve been residents at the Fairways for just over a year now, and everyone in the leasing office is always so helpful and understanding!! Great place to live!

I'm a current resident at the Fairways and I have a warning for new movers. If you're moving in due to their amenities, don't. Let me explain...The Fitness facility is limited in size and equipment available but that's not the main problem, the problem is the room has 3 old out of date treadmills, and those 3 vintage treadmills always have "out of order" sign on them. They now have been down for over 4 months. Fix them already, or better yet, upgrade to newer better ones!To put things into perspective, the Fairways complex has thousands of apartments making millions of Dollars each month, but boy they're looking extremely cheap to the community. How much does a treadmill cost? Come on...For the outdoor swimming pool, last year they didn't open it till July (of course their excuse is? Maintenance) Notice a trend here? Oh, and they couldn't wait to close the swimming pool right at the end of August. They literally had it open only for like 6 weeks. Meanwhile in 2023, September was the hottest month but the swimming pool was closed. They also have 2 tennis courts which are fenced and locked with big locks like it's a bank of America vault and there is physical blocks of gold in there. So they stay empty and unused all year long. Who cares about Tennis these days anyway? Change them to some pickle ball courts and a basketball court and watch the community come together to play. But the truth is those amenities are for "display" only and not for use. They don't want you to use them.So when you decide to rent here, keep that in mind and don't consider the amenities in your decision making.I'll update this review if I see improvements on the issues mentioned above

This will be a lengthy review, so TLDR;Don’t move here. The apartments are very poorly built and aren’t worth the price.I moved here looking for short term housing before purchasing a house, the Fairways checked the boxes of 1. Allowing pets and 2. Offering short term leases. After 18 months we finally had enough of the dreadful apartment we were living in, and bought out of our lease (cost 1.5x rent) to move to a much nicer apartment for just a bit more money. Most of the apartments are 30+ years old and very cheaply built. I can’t emphasize enough how paper thin the walls are. You will hear all of your neighbors talking, yelling, walking around, ect. The apartments used to permit smoking, and the hallways always reek of a stale smoke odor. The appliances are total junk. The windows don’t allow for additional AC units so you are left with a single (old) unit to cool the whole apartment in the summer. The grass is constantly littered with trash and dog poop. Lease renewal prices are all over the place and make no sense. I have seen month to month rates as high at $9,000/mo. Yes. 9 grand for 1 month. The scary part is if you forget to notify the office that you want to renew your lease, you are automatically resigned in at the month to month rate. They are preying on those who are just looking for ‘affordable’ housing. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in, and cannot suggest living elsewhere more.

Poor quality of clubhouse and general areas of of parking lots and entries. Good floor plan, but community is lacking.

November 2023 by It’s a beautiful life Blessed be
This place is by far the worst place I've lived. The walls are paper thin. It's over priced because they are trying to get more low income. To the person who owns this it's guaranteed money by the government. BTW- If your late on rent they will charge you $75 . That's $75 is then split up between all of the girls in the office as a bonus check at the end of each month.
The amenities look beautiful when you first come here there's a pool, workout area pool table...... But the buildings themselves are trash. I live under a schizophrenic who screams night and day WINDOWS OPEN!
He almost lit his kitchen on fire last month and they do nothing about it. Now he has food delivered every night and he's not allowed to cook...
The trash is sailing High in his apartment it's disgusting.
My best advice, keep looking do not move here.
